House Rules

- No unregistered visitors are allowed on the property unless authorized. - Quiet hours policy is in effect every day between 10 pm and 9 am. - Occupancy limit: not more than 4 people can be on the property at any point in time, the violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. - Smoking on the property is not allowed, balcony included. - The apartment key & fob need to be returned upon check-out. Violations of these rules are subject to a $500 fine per occurrence. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are challenging. If approved, additional fees may apply—ranging from $50 up to the full nightly rate.
